I am proud to have worked for the NHS for most of my career before setting off on my adventure to develop a gold standard service with other like-minded outstanding therapists."
Tina is the founder, manager and lead consultant at TSeed Therapies. Tina maintains a current registration with the professional body: Royal College of Speech a Language Therapists (RCSLT) and the governing body The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Tina has a current enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) status and subscribes to the DBS accessible web check service.

Tina qualified as a speech and language therapist (SLT) in 1997 from Cardiff; she has worked in many areas across England and Wales with many different client groups and ages.
As well as working as a speech and language therapist Tina has carried out many roles including the development and management of a SLT service for adults with learning disabilities and the development and management of a local specialist multidisciplinary communication aid assessment service (CART).
Tina has taken lead roles in clinical supervision, training, student management, clinical governance, safeguarding and other areas and has also worked as a specialist advisor for Care Quality Commission (CQC).
in addition to her SLT qualification, Tina has completed a variety of post graduate qualifications which includes Dysphagia, Sensory Integration to level 4 (Advanced Practitioner), a teaching qualification, a trained ADOS assessor, a trainer of Talking Mats, a Signalong Trainer and other professional related qualifications.
