Aims of the course:

• To obtain an understanding of the theory of Intensive Interaction

• To recognise the importance of using Intensive Interaction to communicate with the individuals you work with

• To acquire an understanding of your role and responsibilities when communicating and interacting with the individuals you work with

•  To have a practical experience of carrying out Intensive Interaction

•  To develop the skills and confidence to carry out Intensive Interaction beyond this training

 

Duration

  • This is a half day course (3.5 hrs) but can easily be combined with another topic to make a full day

  • The course can be facilitated for 6 - 24 participants
